Prices are per cottage, per stay and include a service charge for cleaning and linen. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Please specify the number of guests at the time of booking to ensure everyone is accommodated. The cottages can sleep a maximum of 5-6 guests (some cottages have a single 3rd bedroom so sleep 5 adults). We have a limited number of Travel Cots and Highchairs so please add this to the notes on your booking if required so we can try and reserve them for you.
Bookings with Dogs are accepted, but please notify us in advance so we can allocate specific dog-friendly cottages.
On the day of your arrival, you may check in any time from 16:00. We will email or text to you on your arrival day with the name of your cottage and a code to access the lockbox next to the front door which contains your door key. You may use the lock box with the same code throughout your stay. On your day of departure, checkout is by 10:00. Please leave your key on the kitchen worktop and just close the front door as our cleaning team will have keys to access the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to government imposed Covid Restrictions will be entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, you may request a date change which will be subject to availability and any price difference.
Cancellations for other reasons will incur the following charges:
- Cancellations made more than 90 day prior to arrival – 30% of Booking Value
- Cancellations made 31 – 89 days prior to arrival – 50% of Booking Value
- Cancellations made 8 – 30 days prior to arrival – 80% of Booking Value
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival – 100% of Booking Value
